INGREDIENTS

220 gr. unsalted butter
410 gr. all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
70 gr. grape molasses
180 gr. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
180 gr. roughly chopped dark chocolate
70 gr. roughly chopped white chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Preheat the oven to 180ο Celsius.
2.Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
3.Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
4.Beat in eggs, vanilla and molasses until fluffy.
5.Mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
6.Add the chocolate (dark& white) and mix well.
7.Roll your dough into balls (the size depends to you) and place them evenly spaced on your baking pan.
8.Bake approximately for 12 minutes.
9.Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
