
| 220 gr. unsalted butter | |
| 410 gr. all purpose flour | |
| 1 tsp baking powder | |
| ½ tsp sea salt | |
| 70 gr. grape molasses | |
| 180 gr. brown sugar | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 1 tbsp vanilla extract | |
| 180 gr. roughly chopped dark chocolate | |
| 70 gr. roughly chopped white chocolate |
| 1. | Preheat the oven to 180ο Celsius. |
| 2. | Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. |
| 3. | Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. |
| 4. | Beat in eggs, vanilla and molasses until fluffy. |
| 5. | Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. |
| 6. | Add the chocolate (dark& white) and mix well. |
| 7. | Roll your dough into balls (the size depends to you) and place them evenly spaced on your baking pan. |
| 8. | Bake approximately for 12 minutes. |
| 9. | Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack. |
