
220 gr. unsalted butter | |
410 gr. all purpose flour | |
1 tsp baking powder | |
½ tsp sea salt | |
70 gr. grape molasses | |
180 gr. brown sugar | |
2 eggs | |
1 tbsp vanilla extract | |
180 gr. roughly chopped dark chocolate | |
70 gr. roughly chopped white chocolate |
1. | Preheat the oven to 180ο Celsius. |
2. | Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. |
3. | Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. |
4. | Beat in eggs, vanilla and molasses until fluffy. |
5. | Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. |
6. | Add the chocolate (dark& white) and mix well. |
7. | Roll your dough into balls (the size depends to you) and place them evenly spaced on your baking pan. |
8. | Bake approximately for 12 minutes. |
9. | Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack. |
