INGREDIENTS

400 gr all-purpose flour
100 gr whole wheat flour
2 eggs
8 gr dry yeast
125 gr melted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
250 gr full fat milk
½ tsp salt
1 egg yolk for brushing
Sesame seeds for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

1.In a medium sized bowl, whisk flours, sugar and yeast.
2.In a small saucepan, heat slightly milk, in low temperature. Add in the salt and stir.
3.In the bowl with dry ingredients, mix in eggs and milk. Knead by hand or mixer, the way you prefer.
4.Add gradually melted butter and knead until fully incorporated into the dough.
5.Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rest and rise.
6.Divide dough in 10 balls. Make buns the way you like it.
7.Leave to rise again.
8.Brush with an egg and sprinkle with sesame on top.
9.Bake for 20-25 minutes to 180o Celsius.
10.Let them cool and serve in a salty or sweet way.
