
| 400 gr all-purpose flour | |
| 100 gr whole wheat flour | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 8 gr dry yeast | |
| 125 gr melted butter | |
| 2 tbsp brown sugar | |
| 250 gr full fat milk | |
| ½ tsp salt | |
| 1 egg yolk for brushing | |
| Sesame seeds for sprinkling |
| 1. | In a medium sized bowl, whisk flours, sugar and yeast. |
| 2. | In a small saucepan, heat slightly milk, in low temperature. Add in the salt and stir. |
| 3. | In the bowl with dry ingredients, mix in eggs and milk. Knead by hand or mixer, the way you prefer. |
| 4. | Add gradually melted butter and knead until fully incorporated into the dough. |
| 5. | Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rest and rise. |
| 6. | Divide dough in 10 balls. Make buns the way you like it. |
| 7. | Leave to rise again. |
| 8. | Brush with an egg and sprinkle with sesame on top. |
| 9. | Bake for 20-25 minutes to 180o Celsius. |
| 10. | Let them cool and serve in a salty or sweet way. |
