  1. Dough is buttery and should stay cold to be easy handled. Keeping the dough in the fridge for at least half an hour and handling it partially, is the best thing to do.<\/li>\n
  2. You can escape royal icing if you like.<\/li>\n
  3. Since I don\u2019t like much royal icing, I put ouzo in it, a dry anise flavored aperitif, instead of water to make it more interesting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
